When international students apply to Heathrow Aviation Academy, the admission department arranges accommodation reservation letters for the students in accordance with the visa requirements set out by the British High Commission.
Accommodation confirmation is mandatory for visa application.
The accommodation is usually arranged in a student hostel or hotel and we can provide confirmation of accommodation. The cost of accommodation depends on the type of accommodation chosen. The location is chosen with careful consideration given to the student's needs, such as distance from the training facilities, access to public transport, access to amenities, etc.
The accommodation available to student through the Academy are discounted as there is a formal agreement between the providers of hostel / hotel facilities.
Please note that a range of accommodation is available and you may specify your requirement at the time of your admission. In the event that students fail to convey their choice of accommodation to the college, accommodation will be booked in a two person room and charges will be applied accordingly.
Students who do not wish to reserve their accommodation via the college and intend to make their own arrangements, please note that proof of accommodation is mandatory whilst applying for visa and accommodation letters must be issued by providers of accommodation. In the event that this criterion is not fulfilled, visa application may be refused.
