BA Instructors Profile

British Airways uses experienced trainers with a varied range of skills and knowledge to complement their work. Most of them have operated for many years within the Civil Aviation sector, British Airways and BAA, training BA cabin crew and pilots on issues and procedures such as SEP, Restraint, Crew Resource Management (CRM), SCCM course, Fire & Smoke, Slide descents, Aviation Security and dangerous goods and conflict management. These highly experienced trainers have an in depth knowledge about the airline industry with focus on training in many areas such as customer service, customer service recovery, conflict management, offering training to delegates operating within the Airline Industry, whilst working alongside BA Flight and Cabin Crew. The British Airways trainers are also competent in , Presentation, Team building and personal development with extended knowledge into facilitation, course writing and course structuring.

Some instructors have experience in conducting initial and recurrent aviation medicine training courses for cabin crew and pilots, for various airlines whilst being involved in design and implementation of new aviation medicine courses, using a variety of training and learning techniques to educate a diverse audience of cabin crew and pilots, also conducting airline safety courses covering emergency procedures, doors, survival, slide raft, fire, smoke, slide descent and customer service.
